		Ubillity Product Tour: Service Order Management Ubillity Service Order Management provides the functionality that allows the entry of requests for various types of services to be delivered at an account premise address by a Service Crew on a specified date. These requests can originate with the customer or internally with a user. Service Order Management allows the user to create, modify, delete, search, report on, print, and schedule Service Orders for accounts. It also allows users to keep schedules of when Service Crews are to deliver services on specific Service Orders. Within the Service Order Management sub-system, Service Crew schedules appear in calendar format, allowing users to easily know what Service Orders are to be performed on what days.
