		Ubillity Product Tour: On-line & Automated Payments Collections are the life-blood of any site that performs utility billing. Ubillity gives you a wide range of optional methods for increasing your collections and decreasing delinquencies. First, Ubillity offers you the choice of using Direct Debit to allow customers to pay their bills. Direct Debit uses an ACH file (Automated Clearinghouse) for your bank to automatically withdraw the payment from your customer's checking or savings account. Second, Ubillity offers you the choice of processing a lockbox file from your bank or similar institution that collects the payments for you and provides you with a file of the payments. Ubillity automatically processes these payments from this file. Third, Ubillity offers you the choice of allowing your customers to pay with their credit card, debit card, or e-check. This option allows customers to pay their bill with methods other than the traditional check, just like at the gas station or in the grocery store. Most importantly, these payments are made across a "SSL" secure link, so that the transaction is safe and secure.
