		Ubillity Product Tour: Account Management The Ubillity Billing System has great functionality, and yet is very easy to use. The system provides every account with up to two each Customer, Owner, and Bill-To names and addresses, along with the Service address. It holds hundreds of fields of information, but if what you need isn't there, you have up to one hundred User-Defined fields that can be labeled and defined as a required field. The primary Account screen is customizable, allowing you to put your new fields on the first page of the account. Sample screenshot (click for larger view): The Account Management area provides a significant array of functions and features: Payment Plan and Budget Billing functionality, separate unlimited Account, Service, and Meter Notes areas, complete search functionality on the Account screen, easy re-print of any bill ever produced, "paperclip" functionality to attach documents and pictures to every account record, and much more!
